CHFA Webinar Series: Form PF - May 31, 2012

CHFA is offering a new series of monthly webinars on relevant and timely topics. Our goal is to ensure that CHFA members have access to the latest information about changes affecting the hedge fund industry.

The first webinar in the series will provide an in-depth understanding of the Form PF. This webinar will answer the following questions:

"What is Form PF?"
"What resources do I need to complete this?"
"What are the deadlines & other requirements for completion?"
"What's unique about the Form PF for California managers?"

This will be a 30-minute presentation that includes powerpoint slides and there will be 30-minutes reserved for questions from the audience.

Prior to joining Rothstein Kass, he was the Founder and Chairman of HC Associates, LLC, a financial services consulting firm and Senior Vice President at Lehman Brothers, Inc., in San Francisco, where he headed the western region for Prime Brokerage and Equity Finance Division.
